Brian and Jeff are stellar, honest and quick! We have been taking our vehicles to Palmer since they opened in Bloomington many years ago. They have diagnosed and repaired countless things for us over many vehicles. The customer service is outstanding. You are always treated fairly and they explain everything! We recommend them to everyone when talking about any kind of repairs down to oil changes.

I had a really great experience at Palmer Tire. Everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful from the start. They didn’t just take my car and disappear—they actually brought me out to it and asked me to listen with them to make sure the noise I was hearing matched what they heard. They also took the time to show me exactly where the problem was so I knew what was happening with my car. Overall, super friendly, honest, and efficient service. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.

Palmer Automotive has been fantastic to work with. They’re currently fixing my car and the whole process has been quick, smooth, and very professional. Everyone there is always polite and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with car problems. This isn’t the first time they’ve worked on my vehicles—they’ve repaired both my car and my wife’s in the past—and every experience has been great. The service is consistently fast and reliable, and I really appreciate how well they treat their customers. I’m very happy with the work they do and would absolutely recommend Palmer Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality auto repair.

No complaints over here ! I called and got a quote over the phone and was in the next day. I asked how long it may take so I can know how to get my kid from school and they told me they would try their best to get it done before hand and that they did!!! Got my car back with no issues. Overall great service. I recommend

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. While several other businesses in town turned me away for a water pump repair, Palmer’s Tire and Auto completed the job quickly and effectively. I’m a college student so keeping up with car repairs can be stressful. The employees at Palmer’s were very kind and offered me a fair price (+ warranty)!
